I am one of a handful of therapists trained in IBCT (Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy) in the New York City area. In the first few sessions, I will work to develop a deep understanding of the challenges, emotional sensitivities and patterns that are interfering with your relationship. The therapy then uses a variety of treatment strategies to promote greater emotional acceptance as well as concrete change with positive outcomes for couples.
