If you could make unwanted feelings go away, I am sure you probably would! But it is not always that simple.

During our sessions we will work together to discover and understand your experiences to uncover what may be getting in the way of living a fuller you.  We will collaborate to develop treatment goals and consider new alternatives to improve your overall quality of life.  My ultimate goal is to help people feel better and do better!

I am trained and able to integrate a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches that best meets your needs.  In the first session we will meet to discuss and explore what were some of the reasons that made you consider psychotherapy and collaborate on what may suit your needs.
